Rapid Connector

Description

A plastic clamp with a 4-inch diameter for the safe assembly of pipe to pipe connections inside or outside the rainwater storage tank.

Plastic connector consisting of: 4-inch plastic clamp, one sleeve for sealing as well as 2 screws with screw nuts and grommets.

Plastic and rubber sleeves and fittings that are installation specific are also available.

How it works

The sleeve for sealing is pushed over the pipe, then the connection. The nuts are released. After that the pipe connection is set against the pipe, the sleeve sealing is pushed half over both pipes as well as the connection. Then you have to tighten the nuts until you cannot turn the connection any more.

Calming Inlet

Description

Provides a calming inlet for rainwater entering the storage tank. Prevents disturbance of settled sedimentation layer and supplies the lower part of the water with oxygen. With higher oxygen levels, the water tends to stay fresher.

Overflow Siphon Mono

Description

Overflow siphon, with rodent and odor barrier, with skimming effect on tank water surface from chamfered inlet slots.

Siphons promote the best possible tank water quality. Adequate overflow is essential for optimum tank water quality, so that the water remains fresh.

How it Works

As the tank water level rises, the water flows over the skimmer siphon inlet into the sewer or to an infiltration soak away. Any floating materials are skimmed off via the chamfered slots. The surplus water with the pollen is led out of the rainwater tank. Outlet 110 mm (4.3 Inches).

Overflow Siphon Duo

Description

Overflow siphon duo offers rodent and odor barrier, with skimming effect on tank water surface from chamfered inlet slots. Siphons promote the best possible tank water quality. Adequate overflow is essential for optimal tank water quality, so that the water remains fresh. Installation errors will be avoided because of the fix height displacement in the overflow siphon duo.

Overflow siphon duo offers bilateral suction of the surface water inside the rainwater tank.

How it Works

Dirt particles which are lighter than water (e. g. pollen) ascent and are swimming on the water surface. This swimming layer is removed through the special firmed overflow siphon when the tank is overflowed.

Floating Inlet Filter

Description

The Floating Inlet Filter represents the 4th cleaning step in the rainwater system.

Sizes: 1-inch, 1.25-inch, 1.5-inch and 2-inch.

For the extraction from the cleanest zone of the storage tank.

Consisting of:

  • Floating ball, diameter 15 cm (5.9 Inches)
  • Filter inlet sleeve (mesh width 1.2 mm or 0.05 Inches)
  • Nozzle check valve, 1 Inch
  • Connection nozzle for the connection of suction pipes 36 mm (1.4-inch diam.)

How it works

The intake floats at all times, suspended just below the water surface where the cleanest water lies. From this position the water is extracted by the pump. A ball float, filled with air, suspends the intake, which has a further filter and a check valve.



Giant Inlet Calming

Description

Provides a calming inlet for rainwater in larger storage tanks.

Debris and particles denser than water sink to the bottom of a rainwater tank and form a sediment layer. The Giant Calming Inlet prevents the incoming rainwater from disturbing this settled sediment layer, minimizing the potential of suspended solids.

The Giant Calming Inlet also supplies the lower water layers within the tank with oxygen so that it tends to stay fresher.

Ideal for use in larger-scale installations. It is suitable for 150 mm (approx. 6-inch) plastic pipe.

The calming inlet represents the second cleaning step in the rainwater tank.

How it Works

  1. 1.The rain water flows into the Giant Calming Inlet through a DN150 pipe.
  2. 2.As it flows through the calming inlet the velocity of the water slows down substantially and enters the rainwater tanks with no turbulence.
  3. 3.The calmed rainwater supplies more oxygen to the rainwater in the lower parts of the tank, therefore keeping the water fresh by preventing anaerobic decomposition.

Pneumatic At-tank Level Gauge

Description

A universal water level gauge, indicating water height in the storage tank. Maximal distance between storage tank and indicator 50 m (1969 Inches). Water level is indicated by manual testing. 10 m (394 Inches) indicator line included.

For wall fastening, housing made of plastic.

Universal connection for pipe or hose with an external diameter of 6 mm (0.24 Inches).

How it Works

Housing is mounted on the wall.

The level of the water in the tank has to be settled before initiation of the equipment.

For metering the fill level you have to activate the lever thus generating a vacuum in the measurement connection.

Reading of the fill level is in %.
